90-minute assessment & mindful movement plan.
Our initial session is a time for us to review your pregnancy, birth, and/or postpartum goals. We’ll also identify areas in your body that may be tight/weak/overworked and your unique compensation patterns that can be causing these imbalances. Then we’ll co-create an accessible and personalized functional movement and fitness plan to help you find a greater range of motion for a reflexive and responsive system optimizing balance and alignment in your tissues and structure. Additional sessions will build on your progress with tools, guidance, and support wherever you are on your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
